Once upon a day, there was a pauper who just woke up thinking she wanted to celebrate her birthday in this little town called "SILONG TANGLAW". She ringed her friends and told them about it. They all agreed and tadah! A birthday celeb was born!
This was a plan done ages ago but lacked a huge amount of push and drive. It was born out of different reasons but connected with one goal. It was on the 8th of May when one made a difference and then after a while, everyone was found flowing with the current.
