1 cup of beef stew soup with 2 slices of pork (meat)
1 slice of banana
1/4 cup of avocado shake
Snacks:
1 16 oz of Mango Banana Shake, no milk
Dinner:
4 slices of Quesadilla
1 bottle of San Mig Light
5 nacho chips with tomato salsa dip
